So next month until March i will be inspecting pillages at random, to see how well an officer is improving and how to help the crew.

I will also be seeing who pillages and who doesnt, [WARNING] those who dont pillage will be demoted.

Pirates will also be inspected to see who is officer material.

Please dont worry about this inspection, its to help the crew out, if you pillage once daily then your safe, thats jobbing or otherwise.
